International Delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked → £8.95
Free International Delivery → Available on all orders over £59.99
DHL Express → Available for faster worldwide delivery (price varies by destination).

USA Orders → All shipments to the United States are sent Duties Paid (PDDP), meaning customs charges are covered by us. You’ll have no extra costs on delivery.

All of our jewellery is handmade to order, but you won’t be waiting long — we typically dispatch within 48 hours.

Taxes, Customs & Import Duties

All prices include UK VAT.
For customers outside the UK, VAT will not be applied, but local duties or tariffs may be charged by customs (except for U.S. customers — see note above).
Buyers are responsible for any such charges in their country.

💍 Refunds & Exchanges

At CMJ London we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, our returns policy is simple and straightforward.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Please include all original packaging. If packaging is missing or the item cannot be resold as new, a small restocking fee may apply.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

International Returns

When returning items from outside the UK, please complete customs forms clearly and mark the parcel as a “Return”.
CMJ London cannot be held responsible for customs charges applied to returned items.

Faulty Items

In the rare event that your jewellery is faulty:

You will be offered either a replacement (with postage refunded) or a full refund (goods + original postage) once the item has been returned.
Please contact us before sending the item back so we can arrange the best solution for you.

Lost in Transit

UK Deliveries: Items lost in the post will be replaced or refunded after 14 days.
International Deliveries: Items lost in the post will be replaced or refunded after 28 days.

Bespoke & Special Orders

Please note that bespoke jewellery and custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
